We started Diet X on a simple frustration: healthy food in Dubai was either flavourless or inconvenient. So we built a kitchen that does neither — delivery-only, macro-labelled, cooked fresh every single day.
Diet X opened out of the England Cluster in Al Warsan with one shop, one kitchen, and a short menu of five dishes. Every one of them was tested first on our own team — if it didn't hit the macro target and the taste bar in the same bite, it didn't make the cut.
Today the kitchen runs the same way: nothing pre-made, nothing frozen, nothing shipped in from a central facility. Every tray leaves the kitchen the same morning it's ordered.
Every portion is weighed, not eyeballed — the label on your box is exact.
